Acknowledgement & Acceptance of Risks & Indemnity:
- You acknowledge and agree that the Boot Camp/Workshop organised by PhotoIndia.com may change from time to time without prior notice to you, including on account of inclement weather, security and safety considerations.
- PhotoIndia.com shall not be liable in any way to you for death, injury, illness, damage, delay or other loss inherent in travel during the Boot Camp/Workshop, and the participant undertakes the Boot Camp/Workshop at his/her own risk.
- In the event a Boot Camp/Workshop is cancelled halfway, we will not provide any refunds for a Boot Camp/Workshop that was not completed after it began, due to reasons such as Act of God, war or war like operations, mechanical breakdowns, terrorist activities or threat thereof, civil commotions, labour difficulties, interference by authorities, political disturbance, howsoever and where so ever any of the same may arise or be caused, riot, insurrection and government restraint, fire, extreme weather or any other cause whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of the Company the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all due care had been exercised.
- The Participant agrees to indemnify PhotoIndia.com for any loss or damage of equipment arising out of or in any way in connection with his/her participation in the Boot Camp/Workshop.
- You understand and agree that your use of the Services is at your sole risk and that the Services are provided on “as is” and “as available” basis. You understand and agree that PhotoIndia.com reserves the right to change the instructor/mentor/photographer for the Boot Camp/Workshop at any time before & during the camps without any obligation to serve advance notice to you. Such changes will be at the sole discretion of PhotoIndia.com and shall be binding on you.
- PhotoIndia.com reserves the right to expel you from the Boot Camp/Workshop (either at the beginning or during) for any inappropriate behaviour as determined. In the event you are expelled from a Boot Camp/Workshop due to inappropriate behaviour, PhotoIndia.com is not liable to pay you any compensation and will not refund the Boot Camp/Workshop fees.
- All your personal belongings remain your sole responsibility throughout the Boot Camp/Workshop you agree that PhotoIndia.com will not assume any responsibility for loss of, or damage to, baggage or other possessions.
- Any person under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a person at least 15 years of age or older at all times during the Boot Camp/Workshop.
- The Boot Camp/Workshop Schedule is only indicative and the order in which the subjects are covered could vary from one session to another depending on various factors.
- I certify that I am in good health, have no medical, mental, physical conditions that my ability to travel and/or participate in the Boot Camp/Workshop have not been advised otherwise by a medical practitioner. I acknowledge that PhotoIndia.com is in no way responsible for any costs related to my medical care during or after the Boot Camp/Workshop.
- You acknowledge that the cost of Boot Camp/Workshop does not include any form of insurance, and that if required by you will be covered at your own cost.
- You agree that PhotoIndia.com may use videos & Photographs of you and activities conducted during the boot camps/workshop without seeking your prior permission or having to compensate you for use on social media, marketing & promotional activities online or offline. In the instance where you would like to take down any particular photo or video, this can be done with a written request to PhotoIndia.com.
Boot Camps
Inclusions
- Extensive hands on training – classroom, indoor and outdoor locations.
- One on one sessions.
- Critique and evaluation of selected images.
- Deluxe accommodation on sharing basis. Unless single occupancy requested at an extra cost and to be incurred entirely by the participant.
- Transportation costs for outdoor locations & Practical Sessions during the boot camp.
- Breakfast, Lunch and unlimited coffee & tea with cookies and biscuits during the sessions.
- A DSLR camera on a sharing basis.
- All applicable taxes.
- All entry & guide fees.
Exclusions
- Transportation to and from departure city to Boot Camp Location.
- Dinner Meals will not be provided.
- Transportation to and from resident accommodation to Boot camp venue.
- Any kind of personal expenses or optional tours or extra meals ordered
- Insurance, laundry and phone calls.
- Transfers from the nearest airport or railway station and back.
Workshops
Inclusions
- Extensive hands on training – classroom, indoor and outdoor locations.
- One on one sessions.
- Critique and evaluation of selected images.
- Transportation costs for outdoor locations & Practical Sessions during the workshops.
- Breakfast, Lunch and unlimited coffee & tea with cookies and biscuits during the sessions.
- A DSLR camera on a sharing basis.
- All applicable taxes.
Exclusions
- Transportation to and from resident accommodation to workshop venue.
- Any kind of personal expenses or extra meals ordered
- Transfers from the nearest airport or railway station and back.
Change/Modification/Cancellation Policy of Boot Camps & Workshops:
- If the Services are cancelled before the commencement thereof, PhotoIndia.com will refund, or issue a credit note in lieu of the charges collected. You acknowledge and agree that itineraries for the sessions are not fixed and may be altered depending on conditions such as bad weather and lack of access to roads, etc.
- If the Boot Camp/Workshop is cancelled by PhotoIndia.com. The Participant has a choice of a full refund or you can receive a credit note in lieu of the charges collected which can be used to book another Boot Camp/Workshop of the same Value, subject to availability of seats.
- The date of written (email) communication of intent to cancel is the date considered for calculation of the cancellation fees. Below is the cancellation policy.
- 25 % of the fee will be deducted if cancelled 3 weeks before commencement of the Boot Camp/Workshop.
- 50 % of the fee will be deducted if cancelled 2 weeks before commencement of the Boot Camp/Workshop.
- 100 % deduction within 1 week before commencement of Boot Camp/Workshop.
- In case a program that has started is cancelled or shortened by PhotoIndia.com due to natural disaster or law and order or a political situation or any other unforeseen impactful circumstance there will be no refund of fees.
